Institutional communications service
In collaboration with the University Executive, the Institute Communications Service defines the internal and external communications strategies, describing the institutional communications tools and actions to adopt in order to achieve the set targets.


  • Define and implement the institutional communications plan
  • Public relations and press office
  • Institutional promotional advertising in terms of the 4 mandates
  • Event organisation
  • Development and administration of the website
  • Institutional documents
  • Internal communications (Newsletter)
  • Find sponsors and financing
  • Coordinate and implement communication activities for the central services
  • Tend to relations with other Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts, in terms of shared communications policies
  • Draw up and administer the communications budget

This Service collaborates with the Departmental Communications Directors for activities conducted jointly, and with the Laboratory of Visual Culture (Laboratorio di cultura visiva - LCV) when organising some events and when producing communications products of an Institutional nature.
