Quality service
Administers the SUPSI quality assurance procedures.
Promotes an ethos of quality, in terms of dissemination and consensus.
Provides the Institutes with quality-improvement support services.
Tends to the official institutional accreditation procedures.

The Quality Service operates through recognised and effective models (ISO series 9000, EFQM). For this purpose, the service has defined processes of governance and management of the school, published in "A Guide to SUPSI Quality".

The service also provides documentation and working tools for the management of quality. It carries out both internal and external research in order to establish the degree of satisfaction of collaborators, students, former students and the labour market.
