EPIQR+ analysis
The analysis EPIQR+ (Energy Performance Indoor Environment Quality Retrofit) is an analysis of the state of deterioration, energy and maintenance of an individual building or a more complex building complex (public or private).
Through the collection of dimensional and energy data with the aid of digital techniques, a technical due diligence is carried out where all characteristic elements of the construction and plant engineering are analysed.
The application of an innovative analysis method based on the experience gained by the research team, together with the use of innovative digital tools and platforms, makes it possible to provide an accurate "snapshot" of the building's state of preservation, assess its energy efficiency, and provide indications for intervention proposals.
Planning the maintenance and renovation of a building stock
Based on an accurate diagnosis of the current state (technical due diligence), interventions are proposed for one or more renovation scenarios, with a view to planned maintenance and renovation over time. Through a cost-benefit analysis it is possible to evaluate each intervention on the thermal envelope and plant engineering, aiming at an optimal return on investment.
By means of a forecast analysis, it is possible to estimate the impact and risks associated with a given intervention in a given time window. This relates, for example, to the reduction in consumption, changes in the cost of the energy carrier, construction costs, etc.. This analysis provides an overview of the interventions that can be carried out in relation to the parameters considered to be of interest, in order to optimise costs and time while guaranteeing the correct real estate value of the buildings over time.
Evaluation of maintenance and renovation management plans
Evaluation of the correct level of management, maintenance and renovation of buildings with a view to process optimisation. If required, acquisition of building performance data and subsequent analysis with a view to improving the operational phase of the buildings.
