Differential Susceptibility to Early Education

Acronimo EStoSCHOOL

Abstract Development and validation of Environmental Sensitivity child measures for use by teachers and educational professionals. These measures will allow routine identification of children characterised by high sensitivity to their school environment and inform teachers whether to adapt their teaching style and environment to the specific needs of sensitive children. The project also includes the empirical investigation of the Differential Susceptibility hypothesis that sensitive children are more affected than less sensitive children by the quality of the school context regarding their academic and social-emotional development
