The Foundation provides research grants to young engineers from emerging countries to carry out applied research in the field of electronic engineering during their stay in Switzerland.

The purpose of the Foundation is to transmit to young engineers both scientific and practical competence in the subject of applied research, which can then be useful to them on their return to their countries of origin.
