The Ethical Commission, as a body with advisory function established by the SUPSI Board, is made up of four members. It supervises the correct application of the rules of conduct and revision of the Ethical Code and is also responsible for ethically analysing and verifying research projects and scientific publications in the various fields of research, unless these are already the responsibility of the Cantonal Ethics Committee.
The SUPSI Ethical Commission can also make use of the collaboration of external experts.
Requests for consultation may be sent to the President of the SUPSI Ethical Commission at the email address comitato.etico@supsi.ch.
Requests for verification of the ethical aspects of research projects must instead follow the provisions indicated on the Staff Portal in the research area.
More details can be found in the SUPSI Ethical Code.
