Safety issues are governed by labour law and federal law on accident insurance (LAINF).

The organisation of safety provides that for each headquarters a reference person for safety be named, this person being subject to the Logistics Service of the School.

In each SUPSI centre a contact person is responsible for safety. The management system aims to ensure safety in the workplace, assure jobs which protect health, further working conditions which promote physical and mental well-being, and promote actions for continuous improvement.
