Acquire specific knowledge and a technical lexicon in English to foster the interaction between future practitioners involved in the building process. Promote the dialogue between students enrolled in the bachelor of science in civil engineering and in the bachelor of arts in architecture to sensitize them towards their own needs by understanding the interaction between structural needs and architectural choices. Analyze complex systems (selected case studies), which stem from the composition of elementary ones, to understand their role as load-bearing elements, and reflect on the use of materials, and construction procedures considering sustainability and time of construction.
