Italian course
Italian course
Italian is the third language in Switzerland and 350,000 inhabitants of the Canton of Ticino use it as the main language.
SUPSI, the only professional University of Italian language and culture recognised by the Swiss Confederation, it is particularly important to study the Italian language upon arrival in Ticino.

Intensive Italian Course

SUPSI offers the possibility to follow a 2-week intensive Italian course that is generally held a couple of weeks before the beginning of each semester.

If you pass the final exam, a certificate of attendance will be provided. No ECTS will be recognised. All exams on the official courses are classified on scale 1 to 10, for language courses the evaluation is however expressed by a binary system (Pass or Fail).
