• Learning Agreement for study
  This is the document that defines the courses that the student will follow at the partner University. A first draft is sent with the application dossier and must be signed by SUPSI, by the student and by the partner university. Within one month of the beginning of the courses it must be finalised and signed by all the parties involved (student and partner).
• Learning Agreement for traineeship
  The Learning Agreement for Traineeship for the healthcare area is drafted by the SUPSI departmental mobility coordinator and then sent to the student for approval. The document must be signed before the traineeship begins.
• Grant agreement
  This is a financial agreement between SUPSI and the student regarding the scholarship provided by the Swiss national agency Movetia. By signing this financial agreement the students commit to comply with the entire procedure and to deliver the relevant documentation related to the SEMP programme.
• Insurance Coverage statement
  Prior to arrival, the student must verify he has all the necessary insurance coverage required to stay in Ticino. All insurance aspects remain accountability and responsibility of the student.
• Release statement
  Authorization for the distribution and use of interviews/reproductions/videos/images and/or other media released to SUPSI.
• Certificate of Arrival
  This document certifies arrival at SUPSI.
• Certificate of Attendance
  This document certifies mobility at SUPSI.
• Final report
  This is the report filled in by the student at the end of the mobility program.
• Testimonial
  The student will have to deliver a brief testimonialof the mobility experience carried out in SUPSI
