Diagnostic studies provide the basis on which to process data related to different buildings in order to highlight the best strategic choices in accordance with criteria such as sustainability, energy efficiency, earnings from investments.  

The set of buildings is compared with indices evaluating the physical-functional and financial state, and that can compare these aspects. Instruments utilised for other services are adopted in order to process scenarios with different restructuring variants. Proposals are then made regarding the potential for increasing the value of the real estate items.

The cost estimates related to the various restructuring scenarios are evaluated so that, within the desired timeframe, total investments can be planned, and an annual programme of work can be scheduled for each building.
