The Limnology lab offers consulting services concerning freshwater ecosystems. For example, we can offer:

Chemical, physical and biological assessment of water quality

Zooplankton analysis

Benthic-macroinvertebrate analysis

Sampling, sorting, identification, and quantification of stream benthic macroinvertebrates. The invertebrates are usually identified to the Family level (e.g., to allow the calculation of the IBCH), but higher taxonomic resolution (genus or species) may be requested for certain taxa. Plastic analysis
