• take the Postbus nr. 56 (in direction "Ospedale"), leave at stop "Bagno pubblico". From there it's 70m to walk
• or take the Postbus nr. 193 (in direction "Biasca"), leave at stop "Centro sportivo". From there it's 250m to walk
   

by car:
coming from south on highway A2, leave at exit "Bellinzona Sud" (exit nr. 47) and follow towards Giubiasco, Bellinzona, Via Monte Ceneri, Via Mirasole

coming from north on highway A2, leave at exit "Bellinzona Nord" (exit nr. 45) and follow towards Bellinzona, via San Gottardo, Viale Giuseppe Motta, Via Mirasole

there is parking available behind the LMA building (notify the reception when standing at the gate)
