Hybrid Materials Laboratory
The expertise present within the Laboratory mainly concerns the formulation, design, construction and characterization of hybrid materials in view of their applications as industrial components.
In particular, the Laboratory is active in the field of polymer and ceramic matrix composites, as well as in the study of porous ceramic materials. The main research activity concerns the study of new additive manufacturing approaches for the production of ceramic objects with high geometric complexity, using various 3D printing techniques.
