The Laboratory
Rehabilitation Research Lab was created in order to support clinical practice by studying the effectiveness of the rehabilitation interventions implemented for the most common neuromuscular pathologies. The Lab also develops innovative methods for the assessment and the treatment of the musculoskeletal disorders.

Rehabilitation is a complex process with the ultimate goal of improving both health and quality of life. Recent clinical studies indicate a growing need for rehabilitation programs capable of guaranteeing the highest level of physical, social and emotional independence for all patients.

Researchers with clinical and methodological skills collaborate in the Laboratory for the realization of experimental studies and for the development of clinical measurement procedures, within a network of national and international healthcare structures and research institutions. The dissemination of the results takes place through participation in scientific conferences and publication in scientific journals.
