The Tax & Legal Competence Centre of SUPSI (CCTG) is organizing an afternoon seminar dedicated to public procurement, conceived as a practical workshop aimed at presenting, analyzing, and discussing the main issues that arise in practice, from the preparatory phase of the procedure through to post-award contract management.
The workshop has been designed as an opportunity for direct exchange between speakers and participants. Its objective is twofold: on the one hand, to address and discuss concrete issues that may arise in the application of public procurement legislation; on the other, to provide practical insights for handling such issues in professional practice. The session emphasizes direct interaction and focuses on matters that, in the field of public procurement, often give rise to practical difficulties or interpretative uncertainties.
During the afternoon, various topics that may arise at different stages of the procedure will be examined. In particular, the seminar will address the applicability of public procurement law (LCPubb) to private entities—such as foundations or other subsidized bodies—the correct determination of the contract value, the choice of the applicable procedure, the definition of award criteria, as well as aspects related to contract drafting. The scope of discretion granted to contracting authorities in structuring and conducting procedures will also be discussed.
To further strengthen the practical nature of the workshop, registered participants will have the opportunity to submit questions or situations encountered in their professional activity in advance, through a dedicated form. Where possible, the speakers will address these issues during the workshop and present potential solutions, thereby fostering a direct exchange of experiences and perspectives among participants.
