The course aims to provide skills and decision-making tools for those who are part of, or preparing to join, a Board of Directors.

The sixth edition of the course is scheduled to take place between late February and June 2026.

During the informational webinar, two of the course Directors, Andrea Inghirami (Co-Founder and Director of ALMA Impact AG, Lugano) and Samuele Vorpe (Full Professor of Tax Law at SUPSI, Head of the SUPSI Competence Centre for Tax and Legal Studies)—will present the course structure, objectives, target audience, and certification process.

In addition, Giorgia Tarchini Gygax (graduate of the third edition of the course and Director at Tarchini Group) will share her experience.
