October 29th, 2025
from 13.00 to 17.15
During the training afternoon, the Positive Education Actions in Schools (PEAS) project will be presented. The project was developed with the support of Movetia and is the result of a collaboration between the Department of Education and Learning / University of Teacher Education, the University of Teacher Education in Valais and the HEC Paris. The project has resulted in the creation of a positive education manual to promote well-being in the classroom and an interactive digital platform for sharing practices in the field of positive education in the Canton of Ticino and Switzerland.
The afternoon study session will feature a presentation in French by Professor Ilona Boniwell, an international expert in positive psychology, followed by workshops led by teachers who have already had the opportunity to try out positive education activities in the classroom. Finally, a round table discussion will provide an opportunity to reflect on a highly topical and important issue: what is well-being for schools?
