20 February 2024
from 12.00 to 14.00
The Breakpoint meeting, held by the playwright María Mauvesin, will begin with the Forum Theatre group "Les Yuyeres", whose experience was born in 2015 with the intention of collecting the stories, almost lost, of the inhabitants of the mountains of Córdoba.
An "artivismo" action carried out together with "Las Hermanas de Sal" in the Salinas Grandes of Cordoba, in solidarity with the people of Jujuy in the north of Argentina, a territory devastated by lithium desire, will be shared afterwards.
This will be followed by the presentation of the results of the theatre workshop held in Tilcara, Jujuy, after the harsh police repression against the communities and teachers defending their rights and the rights of the land of which "we are part".
The meeting will conclude with an account of the experience of the community theatre group 'Las Desatadas' during the Covid pandemic.
