Grammar experiments and advertising messages in language education

The Competence Centre for the Teaching and Learning of Italian as a Language of Schooling, part of the Department of Education and Learning / University of Teacher Education, in collaboration with the GISCEL Ticino group, is organising an event dedicated to the teaching of grammar and textual analysis in compulsory education.

Fabiana Rosi, Professor of Modern Language Teaching at the University of Trento and Director of the Interuniversity Research Centre 'LinE – Language in Education', will guide the audience through ideas and strategies for engaging compulsory school pupils in grammatical and textual phenomena in an engaging and innovative way, starting from current stimuli, such as advertising texts.
