from 12:00 to 14:00
For around fifteen years, INSERCH research has been analysing the professional integration of graduates from teacher training institutions in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
Aimed at understanding how professional integration evolves and what factors influence it from the perspective of those entering the teaching profession, it provides an overview of the quality of professional integration, assessed using various indicators: the professional situation at the time of the survey, job searches carried out, the duration of integration, subsequent training and professional paths, as well as an assessment of the contributions of initial training during the first steps in the profession.
The Breakpoint meeting will illustrate the current data relating to collaboration during professional integration.
