"Humanistic Marketing" places the individual, seen as a person and not just a customer, at the center of its actions. Humanistic and ethical principles are integrated into the marketing process, promoting an approach that values people and their experiences, with the goal of creating a positive impact for consumers and society as a whole.
This approach fosters an authentic and long-term relationship between the organization and the customer.
Given the current trend of increasingly integrating and utilizing technology to support marketing, often replacing human interaction, what is the response of humanistic marketing? What are the new frontiers of this approach?
We will discuss this in an online meeting with Fabio Ancarani, marketing professor at SUPSI.
At the end of the meeting, the SUPSI DEASS educational offerings in marketing will be presented.
