Students
Every year SUPSI welcomes over 1500 new students.
SUPSI is proud to welcome students of different ages, from different nationalities and cultures and with heterogeneous educational and professional backgrounds.
Our students
Although most students begin their education immediately or one year after high school graduation, the number of students who decide to begin their studies after having already completed a few years of professional activity is increasing.
SUPSI students mostly come from vocational schools, high schools and specialised colleges in Switzerland and abroad.
Work experience
SUPSI recognises and values the previous work and training experience of its students.
The education allows you to further deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills, prepare for your next career move and continue your studies.
Active in the co-creation of university life
University life is not just about studying, lectures and examinations. Students are active in the co-creation of projects, events and experiences aimed at the entire student community and, through the SUPSI Student Association, propose and support their own ideas and projects.
Active participation
Students participate in different forms but increasingly in the development of SUPSI and its educational programmes and in monitoring the quality of our education.
