Students enrolled at partner institutions have the opportunity to spend one or two consecutive semesters studying at a department of SUPSI, in accordance with their study plan and the availability of chosen degree courses, within the framework of existing inter-institutional agreements between SUPSI and the home institution.
1) Nomination
Before undertaking a mobility period at SUPSI, the student must be officially nominated by their home university. Only after nomination can the student proceed with the application. This process allows SUPSI to assess the number of students interested in mobility and to plan their placement according to the desired semester.Nominations and applications are accepted only if made through the Mobility Online platform. Partner institutions will receive all relevant information and the respective link via email. Applications received through other means will not be considered.
Deadline for nomination by the partner university:
- For the upcoming fall semester: by April 30
- For the upcoming spring semester: by October 31
2) Application
Once nominated, the student will receive detailed information about the application process, which must be completed by the following dates. Applications are accepted only through the Mobility Online platform.- For the upcoming fall semester: by May 15
- For the upcoming spring semester: by November 15
- CV
- Motivation letter (properly dated and signed)
- Copies of completed exams/certificates or transcript of records listing completed exams
- Portfolio (only for students of Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Visual Communication)
- Copy of identity document
- Copy of the European Health Insurance Card or other insurance
- Passport-size photograph
