The event will provide an overview of the evolution of materials and construction costs with talks by experts, testimonials and a panel discussion exploring the challenges and opportunities for the real estate and construction sector.

The event is the result of a collaboration between the Department of environment constructions and design SUPSI with CATEF-Ticinese Chamber of Real Estate Economics, CSEA-Swiss College of Architectural Experts, SIV-Swiss Association of Real Estate Valuers, SSIC-Swiss Society of Building Contractors and SVIT Ticino-Swiss Association of Real Estate Economics.
