Born from an idea of Spazio Asperger ONLUS, with the contribution of the Accademia Dimitri, the Losone municipal schools and the Fondazione ARES, the theatrical performance Feynman, l'uomo che fece sparire l'infinito (Feynman, the man who made infinity disappear) aims to combine cultural proposal and scientific content, with the objective of raising awareness about Asperger's Syndrome and, more generally, autism spectrum disorders in the professionals of tomorrow.
The show will be followed by a round table discussion moderated by Mattia Mengoni, Head of the Special Pedagogy Section of the Dipartimento dell'educazione, della cultura e dello sport. The Hon. Raffaele De Rosa, Director of the Dipartimento della sanità e della socialità and State Councillor, will also be present.
The event is part of the World Autism Awareness Day, promoted in Canton Ticino by the Fondazione ARES and autismo svizzera, in collaboration with the City of Locarno, the Department of Education and Learning / University of Teacher Education of SUPSI and the Accademia Dimitri.
The training afternoon will be followed by the study conference Dalla parte della narrazione (On the side of narration), scheduled for Saturday 13 April.
