Field Project - Capriasca Sports Arena

The objective of the project proposed by the Capriasca Sports Arena was to develop a tool with which to define and allocate financial contributions to organisations and associations in the area active in the leisure sector.
The office of the Sports Arena is the operational sector of the Dicastro Culture, Events, Sport and Tourism of the Capriasca Municipality and is responsible for the management and organisation of the facilities entrusted to it, as well as for services related to the promotion of sport locally.
With the aim of strengthening its role on the ground, the challenge included the construction of a dynamic and innovative tool with which to calculate the amount to be allocated to each event, so as to create a useful archive for consultation on the contributions that the Department gives to associations.
This tool will serve to create a unified line between the Sports Arena and all event organisers and, with a view to scalability, can eventually also be used by other institutions.
