Cells also communicate through vibrations and light, mechanisms that guide tissue regeneration. Photobiomodulation, or the use of light, can stimulate stem cells, accelerate healing, and promote heart and brain recovery. Adipose tissue has shown surprising regenerative abilities: when transplanted after mastectomy, it has enabled breast reconstruction and the return of sensitivity. This effect arises from the cooperation of different cells that create internal communication networks. Research is opening up new perspectives for regenerative and personalized medicine.
