Appointment of the "Diritto&Bacco" initiative which aims to propose an analysis of the recent ruling of the Cantonal Administrative Court (TRAM) on the conditions for maintaining registration in the Cantonal Register of Lawyers as employees of a law firm in the form of a limited liability company.

The evening's theme will be an analysis of the corporate forms used to establish or manage a law firm. Indeed, it is increasingly common—especially for large law firms—to adopt corporate forms such as SAs and/or SAGLs. While the choice of how to structure one's business remains generally free, the LLCA and, in particular, the independence of lawyers place specific limits on the actions of professionals. In this regard, the TRAM Ruling No. 52.2023.160 is relevant.
The topic will be examined from a practical perspective with the aim of offering participants ideas and solutions applicable to managing their law firm.
