Clinical practice in geriatric care settings confronts us with the constant challenge of balancing patient safety with the need to preserve autonomy and self-determination.
This conference provides an opportunity for multidisciplinary reflection and discussion on the ethical and clinical implications of movement limitation in the elderly person, promoting the development of strategies to improve freedom of movement and quality of life for the elderly.
The event is aimed at social and health care personnel working with older people.
