Presentation 

The Supply Chain is the process that enables a desired product to reach the final customer. It is essential to identify and resolve critical issues within the supply chain, starting from marketing and including procurement, production, sales, and distribution logistics. The supply chain encompasses all the stages a product goes through, from identifying market needs to production and sales.
One of the most challenging obstacles to manage and overcome is supply disruption. Difficulties related to procurement and logistics have put a strain on the supply chains of many companies in the manufacturing sector. The multiple emergencies experienced are a sign of a crisis in the production model of recent years.

The CAS in Supply Chain Management training program, organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Services of the Canton of Ticino and Spedlogswiss Ticino, responds to the training expectations identified through a survey sent to the members of the Chamber.
