It will once again be an opportunity to address topics of interest in the international tax landscape, combining a technical approach with the promotion of the role of women in the tax sector.
The event format includes two sessions, each hosting presentations on the national perspectives of the two countries, followed by a brief discussion.
At the heart of the discussion will be topics such as the definition of tax residence under the Double Taxation Convention between Switzerland and Italy, and the treaty-based recharacterization of certain cases of interest in relations between the two countries.
