MeDiTech's research activities are carried out in collaboration with companies and healthcare organisations: 

• At the local level, with Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC), Istituto Oncologico di Ricerca (IOR), Clinica Luganese Moncucco, Ospedale Malcantonese, WellD;
• At the national level, with Inselspital in Bern, Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) in Lausanne, University of Lausanne, Resilient, Definition12;
• At the international level, for example with L.I.F.E., Game Solution Lab (GSL), MyHealth (MMH), Harvard University, University New South Wales (UNSW), Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT).

MeDiTech is also a member of national (e.g., TEDD) and international research networks (e.g., TAILOR).
