The graduation ceremony of the Certified Board Member (CBM) program, organized by SUPSI CCTG and ALMA Impact AG, took place on Wednesday, September 24.
The ceremony was part of the annual conference of the Board Forum of Southern Switzerland, which this year focused on the theme Diversity Beyond Gender.
The first keynote speech was delivered by Dr. Christoph Wenk Bernasconi, who presented the academic study The Composition of Boards of Directors in Switzerland: Status Quo and Evolution.
This was followed by a roundtable discussion on Strategies and Impacts of Diversity in Boards of Directors, moderated by Karin Valenzano Rossi, with contributions from Beatrice Fasana, Martino Piccioli, Maria Luisa Siccardi Tonolli, and Emmanuel Toniutti.
Afterwards, Andrea Inghiami took the floor and engaged in a dialogue with Valeria Giannotta on the topic Managing Diversity as a Challenge and an Added Value in International Relations.

During the evening, Fabio Sacchi presented the Ticino Economico award to the two top graduates of the 5th edition, Simone Leonardi and Alessandro Rapisarda. Ticino Economico is a partner of the Board Forum of Southern Switzerland.
