Companies in the Ticino region, like many others, are looking for growth that has long been lacking in European and western markets. Very often, in management, the discipline that can facilitate growth is, due to its proximity to the market, marketing.
DEASS SUPSI Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning has therefore decided to launch a series of short courses that will help managers of companies in the region to enhance their marketing skills, both from a generalist perspective and on some sectoral insights.
The first initiative in terms of time to start will be the Marketing Framework course, directed by Fabio Ancarani. As its name implies, it will provide an overview of the current state of marketing, its links with the past and future trends, with a focus on humanistic marketing, purpose marketing and links with technology.

Il secondo corso in partenza, diretto da Gaetano Biondo, dal titolo Martech: AI e oltre, si concentrerà sul legame tra marketing e tecnologia. Come la tecnologia migliora il marketing.

The third course, led by Monica Mendini and Daina Matise Schubiger, will focus on Customer Experience, a current and future frontier in marketing and the ability of companies to generate experiential value for customers.

The group of lecturers that will form the core team of the SUPSI FC DEASS Marketing initiatives is therefore composed of Fabio Ancarani, Gaetano Biondo, Daina Matise Schubiger and Monica Mendini. But as the activity continues, the group will expand to include colleagues who are experts in the topics that the companies in the area will express.
