How would you describe your course at the Department of Innovative Technologies (DTI)?ome descriveresti il tuo percorso al Dipartimento tecnologie innovative (DTI)?
I would say interesting, challenging and motivating.
Interesting because I was able to discover how vast the world of mechanical engineering is, opening up new outlets for my professional future.
Challenging because I always had to give my best to finish all the required projects and reports.
Motivating because the knowledge gained led me to become more and more interested in engineering, motivating me to do my best and continue my studies.
What is the strongpoint of your course?
One advantage is certainly that of being taught by professors who work in parallel as researchers, often involved in projects with companies, and who thus bring their professional experience to the classroom.
What are your goals for the future?
I would like to continue my studies, pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and then work in the aviation industry.
Is there a particularly significant experience you would like to tell us about?
One of the significant experiences was the design and realisation of a clip for the plastics optional course project. It was a very interesting project in which I had to be ingenious in order to make the part with the necessary characteristics and limitations. The clip was subsequently moulded in plastic in the school's workshop.
