The event, organised by ISAAC-Institute of Applied Sustainability to the Built Environment (Department of Environment Constructions and Design SUPSI) and MEMTi-Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Technology (Department of Innovative Technologies), in collaboration with Greenchemicals and Krauss Maffei, is part of a series of four events held at SUPSI.

The meeting at the SUPSI Campus in Mendrisio will address various topics, including photovoltaic modules and fire safety. 

Among the proposed presentations: PV modules: down-scale tests, fire behaviour, and research challenges with Andrea Castrovinci (professor of polymeric materials and head of the Polymer Engineering Laboratory) and Fabio Parolini (researcher BiPV, Building System Sector of the Institute of Applied Sustainability to the Built Environment).
