In order for people to enjoy a high level of well-being within the school context, it is important that there are actions designed and conceived for this purpose, acting in such a way as to make everyone aware of their own contribution and promoting the active participation of all those involved.
The book Positive Psychology in the Classroom presents the premises, the course and the results of a research-training project carried out in various institutes in the Canton of Ticino, proposing, through the description of some activities designed by teachers, ideas for didactic itineraries aimed at promoting wellbeing with interventions integrated in the hours and programme of the subject taught or in class time.
