On Monday 7 April the "Mimi Bonetti Lepori" Prize was awarded. This competition, now in its third edition, is named in memory of Mimi Bonetti Lepori, former president of the Association of Private Clinics of Ticino (ACPT), and rewards the best final projects of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing students of SUPSI and the Scuola specializzata superiore in cure infermieristiche (SSSCI). 

The prize is awarded to the best final projects of Bachelor's degree students in Nursing at SUPSI and the Scuola superiore specializzata in cure infermieristiche (SSSCI).

Anna Gianfreda and Lorena Ciampi, recent graduates of the SUPSI Bachelor of Science in Nursing, won first prize with their thesis entitled "The importance of identifying women who are victims of domestic violence in a hospital setting. Analysis of practices and available resources", with supervisor Sergio Piasentin.

Second and third place went to Wilson David and Eveline Caroni/Martina Bralla respectively from the Scuola specializzata superiore in cure infermieristiche (SSSCI).

A special prize was also awarded to two other recent SUPSI graduates, Edoardo Araùjo and Sara Vezzoli, for their thesis entitled: "Nudging in nursing care. A scoping review", with supervisor Sergio Piasentin.

The winners were selected by the jury chaired by Giancarlo Dillena (president of ACPT) and composed of Christian Camponovo (Gruppo Ospedaliero Moncucco), Nicola Martinelli (Clinica Viarnetto), Martin Hilfiker (Clinica Varini), Valérie De Rosa (Clinica Santa Croce), Paolo Barro (SSSCI) e Anna Piccaluga-Piatti (SUPSI).
