SUPSI PVLab
SUPSI PVLab Laboratory
SUPSI PVLab is the only Swiss laboratory accredited to ISO 17025 for testing photovoltaic modules. Its experts actively participate in the activities of national and international technical committees with a view to continuously updating their skills.
SUPSI PVLab's research activities range from characterising new photovoltaic technologies to verifying their reliability over time through accelerated tests in the laboratory and on representative outdoor stands.
The precise electric characterization of emerging PV technologies is one of the most important procedures for the activities of the SUPSI PVLab. This consists in the evaluation of power performance in different environmental conditions providing insights for energy forecasting.
