At the beginning, there is always a little confusion. “Am I in the right place? Which classroom should I go to? What awaits me?” Questions that are soon answered, as you find some familiar faces among your classmates.
Over the last few days, the SUPSI departments have welcomed new students in a series of joint events, culminating on Monday, September 15, with the official start of the academic year. For those who have decided to pursue (or resume) their academic education, a journey rich in opportunities, encounters, and discoveries begins. It is therefore normal to feel a little nervous about taking the first step in this new phase of your life.
However, this feeling is not exclusive to freshers. The start of a new academic year also has a special flavor for the entire teaching staff, who are reunited with old and new students.
We have collected some of these stories in the “Experiences” section: from those who, like Alissa Pellizzari, are continuing their studies, to Santiago Lusenti, who is returning to university after 10 years of work. There are also stories from teachers, such as Maria Rapanaro, who does not hide her excitement at returning to the classroom.
To them, to all the students, to the teaching staff, and to all those who will contribute, we wish a new academic year full of satisfaction.
