The project stems from both the professional and personal ambitions of the project leaders, the associazione traparentesi, whose aim is to establish a connection between the academic and professional worlds and provide a constant update in the field of building materials.
The format includes an annual focus on a material that is explored through different points of view with the help of carefully selected guests. Each edition is divided into a series of educational activities ranging from workshops, talks to visits, offering a comprehensive and multidisciplinary educational experience that supports the active involvement of participants.
Thanks to the proposed format, IN.TRA.MA pursues the following aims:
- Offer students, and more generally all participants, additional contributions by providing the opportunity to participate in activities that broaden personal and professional insights.
- Connect students and participants with experts in sustainable materials and processes studies, companies or professionals working in the field.
- Presenting local realities with innovative projects and products and encouraging moments of discussion, making students and young professionals more aware of the context in which they live, study and work.
- Promote knowledge exchange and peer learning between students and professionals.
The project was born in close collaboration with the SUPSI Materioteca, with the idea that the artefacts produced during the workshops would not only enrich its database, but also serve as educational and inspirational resources for future projects of its users.
At the end of the second year, were the opportunity to share the IN.TRA.MA project with the public of Cult Plus.
