The Executive Master of Business Administration is designed for executives and managers who wish to strengthen their leadership roles. The program develops advanced skills focused on innovation, service, and the ability to drive transformative change within organizations.
Following the welcome remarks by EMBA co-directors Victor Blazquez and Domenico Ferrari, the ceremony was opened by Franco Gervasoni, SUPSI General Director, with a reflection on the continuity of change, the impact of current changes on the world of work, and the role of university education in addressing the challenges we are facing and those yet to come, without forgetting that the value of education lies not only in the new knowledge and skills acquired, but also in the community of people that is created.

Mariano Cavolo, head of Continuing Education at SUPSI DEASS, then shared some thoughts on the profound meaning of leadership, an important and delicate role that carries with it the responsibility of guiding the people who make up the organization.
Following the presentation of diplomas by Alberto Piatti, Director of Research, Continuing Education, Development, and Knowledge Transfer, the ceremony concluded with remarks from the SUPSI Alumni Association, featuring President Tiziana Brenna and Enrico Tumminaro, a representative of the EMBA Club, both of whom are graduates of a previous edition of the program.
