Artificial intelligence is no longer just a technological issue: it is now a strategic factor that impacts decisions, responsibilities, business processes, operating models, and risk management. This workshop offers a concrete guide to understanding how AI is transforming the way businesses, professionals, and organizations make decisions, govern innovation, and monitor compliance, accountability, and market trust.
Using a technical yet accessible approach, the meeting will analyze the key legal, organizational, and reputational issues related to the use of algorithmic systems: from AI governance to corporate responsibility, from data management to human oversight, and including the risks of opacity, discrimination, cybersecurity, technology outsourcing, and dependence on external suppliers.
The goal is to provide participants with an operational compass to distinguish between sustainable innovation and ungoverned risk, identifying areas of focus and the skills needed to integrate AI into decision-making processes in a secure, transparent, and compliant manner. The workshop is designed for those who need to make informed decisions about AI: managers, entrepreneurs, professionals, compliance officers, consultants, lawyers, and market operators. It's not an abstract lecture on technology, but a practical journey to understand what really changes when artificial intelligence enters corporate governance.
