Following the opening remarks by Victor Blazquez, Head of Continuing Education for the Management, Human Resources, and Economics Division of DEASS, diplomas were awarded to the participants who had completed the training program.
In his closing remarks, Andrea Abbatelli, lecturer at the MAS program, shared some thoughts on the evolving role of the human resources specialist, particularly in light of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, that are opening up new possibilities while challenging individuals and organizations to rethink and redefine processes and roles in an increasingly rapid and dynamic manner. The pace of understanding, accepting, and adopting these new systems varies across organizations and departments, which can lead to misalignments. Human resources experts will play the delicate yet crucial role of bringing this perspective into local organizations, learning to calibrate timing and methods without losing sight of the centrality and empowerment of people, an essential lever for organizational success.
Registration is now open for the new MAS program, which begins in February 2027.
