Cases of workplace mobbing and harassment represent an increasing risk for organizations, with significant impacts in terms of costs and reputational damage. Managers, starting with Board members, are required to implement appropriate management strategies to protect employees, themselves, and the company. This course aims to raise awareness and provide practical, immersive training for participants on the topic of mobbing and workplace harassment.
Objectives

• Recognize the full range of negative impacts of mobbing and harassment on individuals and organizations
• Identify the legal responsibilities of managers and Board members, along with the relevant regulatory framework
• Act to mitigate risks and effectively manage cases of mobbing and harassment within organizations

Recertification Credits
The course provides 8 SAQ recertification credits for holders of the “Certified Board Member SAQ” and “Certified Responsible Leader SAQ” certifications.
