According to the World Economic Forum, over 50% of the professional skills required will undergo significant changes by 2025. In this context, Project Management emerges as a key skill for managing innovation and business transformation. "We are entering the era of the project economy: thirty years ago, only 20% of corporate resources were allocated to projects; today, this percentage has reached 80%," explains Silvia Mari, Senior Lecturer in Continuing Education.
The Competence Center for Project Management (CCPM) was therefore created with a clear mission: to promote excellence in project management through three fundamental pillars: advanced training, applied research, and organizational support.
The center stands out for its flexibility and ability to adapt to the professional needs of various sectors, offering customizable training programs and certification courses for professionals, alongside tailored pathways specifically designed for companies. Each training initiative is based on innovative methodologies and international best practices, ensuring a cutting-edge learning experience that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
Moreover, the close connection with the research institutes of the Department of Innovative Technologies fosters the development of innovative and practical research activities designed to generate immediate impact in the local area. This synergy between research and training effectively supports the professional growth of individuals and work teams, whether in established organizations or in growing startups.
Lastly, the Center provides organizations with its expertise and network through a collaborative and personalized approach. Assessment services are offered to help companies evaluate and improve their project management practices, sharing established and innovative best practices.
The Center aims to become a reference point for the professional community, creating networking and exchange opportunities through industry events and thematic workshops.
