Coming out of the strictly private sphere, the question may arise for anyone who professionally is called upon to achieve a specific goal within a defined and usually limited time and means.
Projects are the order of the day in companies, institutions and organizations and contemplate the implementation of initiatives such as, for example, an event or campaign, the creation of products or the transformation of processes and structures. Often these initiatives are entrusted to a project manager.
