The first conference, entitled 'Safety culture in Swiss home care organizations', will be given by Tania Martins, nurse and doctoral candidate at the Institute of Public Health at the University of Basel. She has gained clinical experience in various fields, including rehabilitation, pulmonology and traumatology. Her research interests include health services, patient safety and staff wellbeing, with a particular focus on the quality and coordination of home care.
The appointment is planned for Monday, 1° November 2025, from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., in room 107 of the Stabile Piazzetta in Manno.
