Counselling helpdesk and psychological help
SUPSI provides students, employees and collaborators with a psychological help desk to which they can turn in the event of personal, interpersonal, affective and relational difficulties related to university and/or professional life.
The counter is configured as a 'place' to welcome and listen to the person, with abstention of judgement and with a guarantee of absolute confidentiality.
The service offers free short consultations, from one to three meetings, in a reserved and dedicated space, aimed at sharing one's problematic situation with a reference person. If the specific case requires it, possible modalities and possible resources on the territory that are more suitable for the continuation of the help pathway will be sought.
